Cream cheese spread on French Baguette bread topped with a slice of cucumber. Sounds crazy, try it, trust me.
CUCUMBER BREAD
1 Loaf French Baguette Bread, sliced
1-2 Small Cucumbers (the smaller the better, less seedy), sliced (I keep a little of the green skin on it for decoration)
Mix together:
1 - 8 oz. Block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
½ Cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
1 Pack of Good Seasons Dry Italian Seasonings Mix
Spread a generous amount of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and top with a slice of cucumber!
