Bread and garlic are two of my favorite food groups!
TOASTED BAGUETTE WITH ROASTED GARLIC
1 loaf of Baguette Bread
2-3 Heads of Garlic
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice baguette bread and place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake until lightly toasted, about 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut off tops of garlic heads and place on individual pieces of aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and close.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until soft and golden brown.
