If you love coconut custard pie, make this. This recipe was shared in a private FB group during quarantine and I'm pretty sure every follower made it. Thanks to the original recipe






IMPOSSIBLE PIE
Put in blender in order listed:
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine (I used butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups milk
1 cup (or less) shredded coconut
Directions:
Beat one minute.
Bake 45 minutes on 350 degrees F in a 9" pie plate.
