Pineapple Souffle

This is my friend Linda Talarico's recipe. I made it for the first time today for Thanksgiving tomorrow. It looks and smells amazing. I cannot wait to taste it tomorrow but I wanted to post the recipe since many of you are asking for it.




PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE


Ingredients:

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1 stick of melted butter

  • 6 slices of bread, cubed (I use potato bread)


Directions:

  1. Mix together.

  2. Grease a Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
