I wanted to share this recipe that my daughter’s boyfriend makes, that is out of this world! Every time he makes it, I always go back for seconds (and thirds). They had us over for dinner earlier this week and he made it again so I asked for the recipe and I made it yesterday AND today! It’s THAT good!!!
TONY C.'S AMAZING ARUGULA, FETA & WATERMELON SALAD
Dressing (blend with bullet): 1/3 Cup Lime Juice 2/3 Cup Olive Oil Mint (handful) 1 Tablespoon Honey (or Agave) Salt & Pepper
Salad: Arugula Seedless Watermelon Red Onion Kalamata Olives Cucumbers Tomatoes Feta Cheese
