Pumpkin Bread

Hands-down the best pumpkin bread I've ever tasted! Shared by a friend many, many years ago. I've made so many loaves over the years I've lost count.



PUMPKIN BREAD

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin

  • 3 cups flour

  • 3 cups sugar

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tspns. baking soda

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tspns. Salt

  • 1 tspn. cinnamon

  • 1 tspn. nutmeg

  • 2/3 cup water

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, making 4 small loaves at a time using a Pampered Chef stone.
