Cranberry Sausage Quiche

This recipe was also shared by my friend Michelle and I make it every Easter morning to have with our Easter bread. It's sweet, savory and delicious! I could eat the whole pie.


CRANBERRY SAUSAGE QUICHE

1 lb. ground sausage

Shred one log of Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar

8-10 Eggs

1 Small Pack Dried Cranberries (Craisins)

1-Cup Milk (or Half-and-Half)

2 Frozen Pie Crusts

1 Sweet Onion


Directions:

  1. Brown sausage, mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.
