Juiciest Chicken Breast with BBQ-Cajun Infusion Rub

Last week, I was scrolling through TikTok and came across a video from a content creator showing the juiciest chicken ever! I've always been curious about how restaurants get their chicken so juicy and tasty. She mentioned she learned this technique in a cooking class and said, "If I could teach you one thing... make your chicken this way!" I didn't have all the ingredients for the BBQ-Cajun Infusion Rub when I tried it last week, but it still turned out amazing using this method. I need to pick up some white pepper and sage to make the rub and do it again. Seriously, give this a shot!

Ingredients
8 Tablespoons Paprika
5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Salt
3 Tablespoons Parsley
3 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Cumin
2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons Oregano
2 Tablespoons Sage
1 Tablespoon White Pepper
Directions
Start by seasoning your chicken breast however you like but season them well.
Add a bit of EVOO to your pan and heat on medium.
Add your chicken, do not move it. Let it cook for 5 minutes (no peeking).
After 5 minutes, flip it, add about a cup of water and cover (no peeking).
Leave the heat on for 2 minutes (4 minutes if the pan is thin and the chicken breast is larger)
Turn off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice and enjoy the juiciest, tastiest chicken ever!
