Copycat DeLorenzo's Heirloom Tomato Salad. This salad is one of the two reasons we drive 45 minutes to DeLorenzo's pizza in Robbinsville, NJ. I have made this salad so many times because it's THAT delicious!
DELORENZO'S HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALAD
Heirloom Tomatoes
Spring mix salad
Pine nuts
Gorgonzola cheese
White Vidalia onion
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey (sometimes I use sugar instead)
Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)
