Three-Cheese Quiche

This quiche disappears very quickly in my house.


THREE-CHEESE QUICHE


Stir up this creamy cheese quiche in just 15 minutes. This three-cheese quiche recipe uses goat cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese for an irresistible breakfast for any cheese lover. It just got a little easier to wake up.


Crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box

2 cups half-and-half

4 eggs, slightly beaten

1/3 cup chopped green onions

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (2 oz)

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)


Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.

  2. In medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, green onions, salt and pepper; stir in cheeses. Pour into crust.

  3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
