KETO WAFFLES/PANCAKES 1 cup almond flour
8 eggs
8 oz. low-fat Philadelphia cream cheese
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Makes approximately 13 waffles in the Mini Dash Waffle Maker.
I serve with fresh fruit and sugar-free syrup.
These can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
Reheat in toaster oven or air fryer.
4 net carbs
4 grams of protein per waffle.
