Macaroni Salad

My daughter's favorite!


MACARONI SALAD

1 lb. Elbow Macaroni

1 Cup Hellman's Mayonnaise

1 Yellow Onion

Green Olives

Olive Juice

Celery

Salt & Pepper


Directions:

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to directions.

  2. Add mayo, diced yellow onion, green olives, olive juice (to taste), celery and salt & pepper and stir.

  3. Refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Stir and add more mayo if needed.
