No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

I know this recipe might be old news for some people but I recently made them for the first time and now I've been eating 2 for breakfast almost every single day. They are satisfying and have all the things for me: creamy, crunchy, salty, sweet and delicious!

NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 3/4 cups qu ick-cooking oats

  • 3/4 cup of Teddie's Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup of organic honey

  • 1/3 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons of PB2 (peanut powder with cocoa) - This is optional for extra protein

Note: This recipe above makes approximately 15 energy bites. I double the recipe and it makes approximately 30 energy bites.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Use a medium scoop and roll into balls.

  3. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerator until solid.

  4. Place in a Ziplock bag and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
