Pasta Salad

This cake tastes even better than the real thing!


PASTA SALAD

  • 1 Box any tri-colored pasta

  • 1 bag frozen veggies (California style: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)

  • 1 block Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)

  • 1 stick pepperoni

  • 1 can black olives (halved)

  • 1 bottle 7 Seas Italian dressing (I use Olive Garden Italian Dressing)

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions, with 2-3 minutes left add frozen veggies and cook til tender. Drain and rinse w/ cold water.

  2. Add chopped cheese, pepperoni and olives. Toss with ¾ dressing. Add remaining ¼ dressing just before serving.
