Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Garlic Bread

This is outrageously delicious and super-easy!


Ingredients:

  • 2 Whole Heads of Garlic

  • 1 Stick of Salted Butter

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • A loaf of your favorite bread, sliced (I prefer a round loaf)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Soften one stick of salted butter.

  3. Cut the top of two heads garlic and drizzle with EVOO, salt & pepper and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

  4. Place the garlic in the oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes.

  5. Chop fresh rosemary and add to the softened butter then squeeze the roasted garlic into the butter mixture and mash everything together.

  6. Spread butter mixture on your favorite bread and bake on 350 degrees until golden brown (or just serve it on the bread without baking)!
