One of the easiest dishes to make during the summer (or any time actually).
GRILLED HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Equal Parts Honey & Spicy Mustard (I usually use 1/2 Cup of Each)
Salt & Pepper
Pam spray
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts in half and place in Ziploc bag
Mix honey, mustard, salt & pepper and pour into the Ziploc bag with chicken.
Let marinate several hours or overnight.
Remove chicken and place on grill on medium to high heat (spray chicken with Pam before placing on the grill).
Place chicken on grill and cook thoroughly (you want nice grill marks - that is the honey caramelizing on the meat).
Remove from grill and brush with another small mixture of honey, mustard, salt & pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
