A delicious pasta dish that's simple enough to make any night of the week!
MOM'S CLAMS AND SPAGHETTI
1 lb. box spaghetti (I prefer angel hair or capellini)
4 Cans of Doxsee minced clams (no MSG)
4-6 cloves of garlic, minced
Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley (dried or fresh)
Basil (fresh)
Locatelli Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on box (set 1-2 cups of starchy water aside from the spaghetti).
Pour extra virgin olive oil in a fry pan and cover the bottom.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic and sauté on medium heat for about a minute.
Add clams and clam juice.
Cook for about 5 minutes and then pour mixture over spaghetti.
Add starchy water to pasta.
Top with Locatelli cheese and fresh parsley and/or basil.
