Mom's Meatloaf

Literally the ONLY meatloaf I will eat.


MOM'S MEATLOAF



2 lbs. of Beef, Veal & Pork Mixture (2 packs or about 2 lbs.)

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix

2 Eggs

3/4 Cup Plain Breadcrumbs (dry)

1/3 Cup Ketchup

Heinz Homestyle Gravy - Savory Beef (1 large jar)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan. Bake uncovered until done, about 1 hour. Let cool completely and then slice.

  3. Pour gravy on top and cook for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

  4. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
