A family favorite!
MOM'S PEPPERSTEAK
1-2 Red Peppers
2 Packs Top of the Round Steaks
1 16 oz. Bag of Egg Noodles
Kitchen Bouquet
1 Large Red Onion
Mushrooms (fresh or canned)
2 Jars Franco American Fat-free Slow Roast Beef Gravy
Directions:
Oil in pan, fry minute steak, then remove and set aside.
Add peppers, onions and more oil, if needed. Cook until soft, and then add mushrooms.
Add 2 jars of gravy and a little bit of water and Kitchen Bouquet.
Cut steak into bite-size pieces, add back in. Let cook for 10-15 minutes.
