Stuffed Shells

Comfort food! Another super-easy recipe that can be made in advance and cooked later in the day or reheated another day.


STUFFED SHELLS


  • 1 Box of Large Pasta Shells


Filling:

  • 1 32-ounce container of ricotta cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 bag of mozzarella (save other half for top)

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup Locatelli

  • Fresh Basil

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper


Top with your own sauce and the rest of the mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees F until top is bubbly and golden brown.
