Comfort food! Another super-easy recipe that can be made in advance and cooked later in the day or reheated another day.
STUFFED SHELLS
1 Box of Large Pasta Shells
Filling:
1 32-ounce container of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 bag of mozzarella (save other half for top)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup Locatelli
Fresh Basil
Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Top with your own sauce and the rest of the mozzarella.
Bake at 350 degrees F until top is bubbly and golden brown.
